Can my brain stop making me eat myself
(like i literally need to chew to live)
#seriously#why does it want me to constantly chew the insides of my mouth#or toungue#or nails#or my fingers skin near nails#or my arms#or my friggin toe#what is wrong with me#my jaw and teeth constantly hurt#but i cant stop#at least its better then me eating pencils like i used to#i think#i feel like a baby which makes me insecure and i dont like being insecure but oh well#my mom even bought me like a pacifier at one point but idk where it is#idk what to tag#once while i was biting my nail i tripped and scratched the insides of my mouth and it caused an infection & i proceeded to chew that part#chewing problems#ive heard of the term stimming as a repetitive behaviour however im not sure if im qualified to use that term#because im not diagnosed wih anything. anywayy i should stop complaining about nothing
